Create a New Role
In our CRM, Roles play a significant role in granting access and managing permissions for team members and external individuals. You can use Roles to give someone outside your organization access to specific functionalities, such as handling websites, while restricting their access only to that portion in the CRM. For example, you can assign a Role to a web developer from an external agency, allowing them to make updates and modifications to your website but preventing them from accessing any other sensitive information in the CRM.
